I am a devoted Pinner. The reason I love it so much is that it is so inspirational. Every time I log on I see something I totally love.

Today, I came across this pin. This is a piece of ceramicware from Maria Kristoffersson. Luckily the pin enabled me to track down more of her work. This crockery is certainly not for the dishwasher!

This really appeals to me because it nods to the blue and white crockery of the past, (Delft, Spode etc) but has a current and modern feel too.

It feels versatile - fitting into a period or modern home.

This is a bit more modern and very swedish. Ikea need to do some sort of affiliation methinks. This would be a brilliant platter for serving up antipasti…

No surprise that I like this piece. I have a weakness for spotty things.

Finally, this is so clever, a ceramic box. Love love love this work. I imagine these are investment pieces, the prices are not displayed on the website! If I was not such a clumsy thing I would definitely invest in something by Maria.
